Our main office and warehouse are located in Buena Park, California. Most Hosa products and services are at this location, although we recently opened a second warehouse in Taiwan for our international distributors. You can visit our About Us page for more details.
Hosa Technology does not have a store, as we do not sell to the public. Please use our US Dealer Locator to find the authorized Hosa reseller nearest you.
Hosa Technology does not sell to the public but we have distributors in most areas of the world that can direct you to a local reseller. You can find the distributor for your area by going to our International Distributors page.
Hosa Technology stands behind its products. If you are having problems with any of our products, please let us know. If covered by our warranty, we’ll repair or replace it in accordance with our warranty procedure. You can call us during hours of operation or simply complete the form on the Contact Us page and we’ll reach out to you as soon as possible.
All Hosa cables and adaptors are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. All other Hosa products are covered by a one year warranty. You can find full details on our Warranty page.
