Hosa Announces New 3.5 mm Patch Cables

Slim design and colors are ideal for modular synths

Buena Park, CA, December 2015 — Hosa Technology, Inc., the leading innovator of analog and digital connectivity solutions for the modern musician, is pleased to introduce the CMM-800 Series Unbalanced Patch Cables. Packaged in sets of 8 multi-color cables and available in various lengths, Hosa’s patch cables are ideal for connecting synthesizer modules equipped with 3.5 mm Tip/Sleeve (TS) inputs and outputs.

Featuring nickel-plated plugs for durability and efficient signal transfer, CMM-800 Series Patch Cables stand up to the needs of today’s electronic musicians. Audio chains can be disconnected and reconnected as often as necessary to create unique sounds without ever worrying about the strength of the patch being made. The slim design of the plugs enables Hosa’s Unbalanced Patch Cables to fit in any patch panel without interfering with other cables or controls.

Hosa’s Unbalanced Patch Cables are available in sets of 8 multi-color cables to simplify identification during use—a key necessity in modular synth signal chains. The CMM-800 Series Unbalanced Patch Cables are available in 6-inch, 1-, 1.5-, and 3-foot lengths. These options, combined with Hosa’s world-class workmanship, result in outstanding cables designed to provide exceptional audio performance and years of trouble-free use.

“The latest modular synthesizers have created a resurgence in electronic music creation and sound experimentation,” commented Jose Gonzalez, Hosa Technology’s Product Manager. “We’re confident the superior construction and compact housing design of the CMM-800 Unbalanced Patch Cables will make them vital solutions in modular synth setups and will aid in the creation of unique sounds.”

The Hosa CMM-800 Series Unbalanced Patch Cables are available now. MSRP ranges from $24.45 to $30.45.
